NOTICE OF ADOPTION

VILLAGE OF DUNDEE

Local Law Authorizing a real property tax levy in excess of the limit established by General Municipal Law (GML) §3-c.

            Notice is hereby given that at a meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Village of Dundee, County of Yates, State of New York, held at the Village Hall, 12 Union Street, Dundee, New York, on the 10th day of March 2026, at 7:00 p.m. the above referenced proposed Local Law was duly adopted.

            The effect will be to exempt the Village of Dundee from the so called “Tax Cap”, for the fiscal year 2025-2026, but not necessarily result in any tax increase.

A copy of the Local Law may be examined at the Office of the Clerk of the Village of Dundee, 12 Union Street, Dundee, NY 14873 during regular business hours.
